My workaround is to use a file manager to browse to my project folder and then double click on the .pcb file to launch PCB. When I then perform File | Load netlist file, File | Load element data to paste-buffer, etc. the file chooser opens up pointing to my home directory, but a single click on "Recently used" takes me to the directory that holds my .pcb file. I'm working with Fedora 13 with Gnome desktop. Another workaround is to open a shell, cd to your work directory and launch PCB from the shell (in my case "pcb PSU.pcb") The file chooser will now default to opening to your work directory. -- Stephen Ecob Silicon On Inspiration Sydney Australia www.sioi.com.au $49 Spartan 6 board with 32MB DDR DRAM ? http://www.sioi.com.au/shop/product_info.php/products_id/47
