Lepton 1.9.10 in Ubuntu 20.04 [1], as Shashank has already said, can be installed "by a simple statement or a click in Ubuntu programs" :-) Please re-read the thread, I mentioned 'git' only in relation to guile-3.0 (which is supported only by most recent version of lepton that can be installed only from git sources). BTW, lepton-eda version in Debian testing is already 1.9.11. So, the simple way is (and we've already discussed it, why didn't you notice?): sudo apt install lepton-eda (Please 'sudo make uninstall' in your Lepton git repository first.) As for tutorial, you could use what we have now on gEDA wiki, replacing geda-gaf's program names with lepton's ones. FWIW, I'm working on documentation as well, though the progress is slow.
