I think Peter re-wrote the dialog saving mechanism as part of his new "eda config" system. Digging around, I see the file in the (more correct) location: ~/.config/gEDA/geda-user.conf The geometry is in there under various keys. You can use the command-line program "gaf" to view and modify config settings, or just show you where the file is: SYSTEM: pcjc2 AT pcjc2lap:~$ gaf config -s /etc/xdg/xdg-ubuntu/gEDA/geda-system.conf USER: pcjc2 AT pcjc2lap:~$ gaf config -u /home/pcjc2/.config/gEDA/geda-user.conf PROJCET (aka working dir): gaf config -p /home/pcjc2/geda.conf Hope it helps this time! -- Peter Clifton Clifton Electronics
