Hi,

I have installed gEDA on Linux Mint 18.3 x64 laptop, using the command:

sudo apt install geda

All seems to install OK, but when I enter: gschem from the terminal I 
get a popup window saying:

Cannot load gschem configuration

Unable to parse config from [/home/derek/.gEDA/gschemrc]: ERROR: Unbound 
variable: build-path


The gschem log may contain more information.

I have also created the gEDA config file are specified in the
