Hover the mouse over the components in pcb and press 'd'. This will show=20 you the pin numbers. Then check the netlist: it might be that the netlist= =20 (schematics) thinks U3 will have pin 1, 2, 3 and 4 but the pcb footprint=20 has 1, 2, 3 and 6 for whatever reason.
