I have used gEDA to make a number of boards. = ; My last board I had a problem with pcb generating all the rat lines from = the netlist file.  I have checked the file and it appears to me comple= te and accurate.  I have attached an image showing part of the board.&= nbsp; The image shows that some pins on a part have rats and some do not.&n= bsp; I can not manually create the missing rats either.  Also some of = the defined rats can not be converted to lines during an auto-route command= .  The log file indicates that their are missing pins which are identi= fied in the netlist.

Any thoughts on what I have done wrong or should look for?
