I know about growing the mask clearance for a given pin/pad using “K”, but want to suppress the entire solder mask. I’ve tried drawing a polygon (rectangle) just inside of the board outline, but can’t draw on the solder mask “layer” (I guess because it’s not really a layer?). Maybe “K” is the way to go?
