Greetings all

As a new user I know I'm missing something really obvious but can someone
explain why when I have my parts laid out approximately where I want them
and then run the "Connects/Autoroute all rats" I can not longer select or
move a part, the cursor just adds more tracks or highlights the part in
blue.

Using undo restores the rats nest but I still can't move a part, I have to
"Connects/Rip up all auto-routed tracks" to get back to where I was.

I'm running version 20110918 on kubuntu 14.04LTS
