You are assuming a number of things here.
1. That the bats hearing will let them know over the din you are
adding that the mosquitos have moved. They do after all use their
hearing to do that.
2. That your device is not going to be harmful in shorter exposure times.
3. That the sound from your device will not propagate to the bat. If
there is a mistake I have made it would be in this one and that would
not be the first time. I am not an acoustics engineer. If you can tell
me that bats that live near your area I can ask around to find out
what their lower threshold is.
