pcb.XX1gugIV is a temporary dir created by pcb. Its name changes
everytime and has the form 'pcb.some_temporary_postfix'. The output file
is gnetlist_output and it resides in that temporary directory. So please
first check if the directory with the name that pcb outputs does exist
and it has appropriate permissions. The next step would be searching for
the file 'gnetlist_output'.
