Please mention > other process. pcb.XX1gugIV is a temporary dir created by pcb. Its name changes everytime and has the form 'pcb.some_temporary_postfix'. The output file is gnetlist_output and it resides in that temporary directory. So please first check if the directory with the name that pcb outputs does exist and it has appropriate permissions.
