I've grown used to the version that was obtainable via the repositories when Ubuntu 12.04 was first installed on my machine. Traditionally, the Ubuntu software repository is a few versions, sometimes years, behind latest releases. So please can anyone suggest the best way to download and install the latest gEDA that will not blow up? :) Kind regards, Matt.
