Even on just the first page I am getting lots of warnings of shorts. And by removing the pinlabel attributes of the full-wave bridge rectifiers I was able to eliminate the warnings of on those. So something in the version I am running seems to be paying attention to pinlabels within a single sheet. And at least once even finding shorts against a resistor that lines going to it at all.
