The autorouter doesn't have a user interface, it just runs.

The tutorial states "First, the autorouter will use all available
layers, so we must disable the layers we don't want it to route on."

The manual states "Turn off visibility of any layers that you don't
want the router to use."

I'm not sure what else you'd expect us to do...
