Thanks. I extracted your project and ran

gnetlist -g drc2 test.sch

It generated the same errors as before (unconnected pins on both connectors except for pins 5 and 7). Does this mean that something is wrong with my gnetlist installation? Note that my current installation is from the git repository (gEDA 1.9.1 (g4b96fc7)). Prior to that I used the package from slackbuilds.org (gEDA 1.8.2 (g875406c)), it gave the exact same (erroneous) result.
