KiCad is more colorful -- but seriously, there are many differences,
many are obvious, some not. If you have some free time, make some
projects with KiCad, some with gEDA/PCB and maybe some with commercial
tools. Then write a detailed compare -- that may help users to decide
and developers improve both projects. But note, silly Blogs after only
some days of testings are not really useful.
