Yes, the fine 3D pictures from Peter C.'s Blog http://pcjc2.blogspot.de/2011/02/pcbgl-repository-instructions.html and Anthonys Toporouter pictures (now removed from the Web) are strong attractors for Windows users. But I wonder why your colleagues do not use a multiboot maschine. Installing an Ubuntu on a free partition is easy, many Windows people do it now. When you do EDA work, you do not really need Windows programs at the same time...
