ok. Does it matter whether I export it as .png , .jpeg or .pdf ? You mean
to say export it to any format scale won't be an issue only printer
settings are to be checked?

Because, when I try to export to .pdf from Gerbv then everything is hanged
and there is no response from my system.

Is it common with everyone or I'm the only one?

I'm on Fedora 16.
