Its speed is nearly equivalent to Pentium 233 and includes Arduino-compatible I/O (PWM, I2C, A/D, ...) with the same form factor of Arduino Leonardo. That video shows a modified Arduino IDE with integrated DJGPP and DOSBOX that can compile Arduino firmware programs (with 8.3 filename) as DOS .exe files and transfer the .exe files to that small x86 PC through the USB interface.
