BTW, 0.41b is out. It's probably (IMO) too minor to announce yet
again, but I did upload it to iBiblio.

Changes:

- fixes -z when loading DBCS tables once resident;
+ adds -f- to disable fallback mode, using the previous LFN handler
instead (allowing IFS drivers to use their own LFN functions).

Given all the LFN discussion here a few months ago, I figured I'd give
you guys a "heads up", though I'd be surprised if anyone here
understood or used DBCS.    :-/
