Hi I'm trying to compile Ruby 1.8.4 using DJGPP.
Ruby has a specific DJGPP folder which has configure.bat, I run this and 
  get an error about sed, which according to the readme in ruby is 
normal and can be ignored.
So configure runs fine and I get a makefile, but when I run make it says
Make.exe: Nothing to be done for 'all'

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Has any one here compiled Ruby using djgpp?
