I don't think you've demonstrated that the problem here is caused by
the location of the DJGPP installation --- it's failing to find the
*source* file, not any part of DJGPP.

So:  which version of DJGPP is that, on which platform (XP? 2K?)

That directory name may be bad news.  It's not 8.3 compatible
(_Projects --> 9 characters).  Try it in a simpler place, and make sure
the version of DJGPP you installed ist XP safe.
