I don't have time to get involved in it, but I was interested if anyone had tried. Dillo has a very small code size. And, it appears all but one necessary libraries are available for DJGPP. There is a another DOS web-browser with graphics, but IIRC, it is closed source. I remember seeing a tcl/tk to gtk library somewhere about a year ago and I know tcl, perhaps tk(?), has been ported to DJGPP. Also, wrappers could be written for the DJGPP X11 libraries or Allegro.
