www.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/ does not allow access
to the same files as ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/ does.
It just shows a page stating

"... please refrain from asking questions about it."

So I don't dare to ask any question, I just want to
mention the www/ftp discrepancy in case it is not
intentional.      :-)
