At least my experience with WinXP Pro shows that at least part of packages (intended for Win2K/XP) from clio.rice.edu have serious problems. For example don't use bsh205bb.zip from clio. Take ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/betas/v2gnu/bsh205bb.zip instead. I uploaded it some time ago to fix some critical bugs which were in version from clio.rice.edu. I can't remember all problems which I had with DJGPP under WinXP, and it took some time to get it working. At least I'm now building GCC for DJGPP under WinXP ... Andris
