(I have also done a port to MinGW, if that's of interest to this group.) The primary change with this version is htags is now a C program. This particular version is not SFN-clean, although that should only present a problem when using the CGI files of htags, or compiling. Since a DOS LFN driver is available, I'm not too concerned.
