I tried data file. It seems that the created symbolic file can only be 
displayed correctly using cat. If using vi or more.exe or microsoft 
word, they will display

    !<symlink>t
This is just a text to force symlink file to be 510 bytes long. Do not 
delete it
  nor spaces following it.
