The exact error message is: Makefile:15: *** missing separator. Stop. I took a look at the site you listed and it seems that the ftp clients on there are reliant on a library that isn't included with Windows. I'd prefer to have a self-contained executable--a replacement for the Windows ftp.exe that is capable of passive mode.
