Here's how to get there, no matter what its name: click "Start" and
select "Run", then type "c:" (without quotes) and hit Enter.  You will
see the root directory of the C: drive, and above it a few buttons,
one of them saying "Up"; click on it.  You will be presented with the
view of all your local disk drives.
