I have just found the HTML docs on the DJGPP web pages: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/libc-docs.zip and http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/libc/ but nothing on the FTP sites which looks like "libc-docs.zip", so I am not sure what you are referring to when mentioning ZIP docs on FTP sites. I should probably take some time to check them out more carefully ...
