Well, I don't quite see how you can make a DOS4G post on-topic in djgpp which is using a DPMI server instead of a specific DOS extender (although there sure are excpeptions like the interaction between the two; your post don't describe any interraction). : Following is the message I have sent to Tenberry (ex-Rational Systems). : However, I decided to post to Usenet because I didn't get any replies from : Tenberry for about a week, and since they suggested to post to Usenet, well, : I am now Tenberry-blessed, right? :) Yeah. Like if you don't hear from us, bother Usenet instead. : The message is self-explanatory, so I won't prepend it with much foreword. It is. However given the inability of the DOS4G extenders that are used with Watcom to be compliant with the VCPI 1.0 specification (read Tenberry offerings and opensource DOS32a), it comes as no surprise that they fail here as well. Good luck trying to get them to read and adhere to the VCPI 1.0 specification (or anything else). My personal experince is the disregard of the results of the VCPI call 0xde0a (Get 8259A Interrupt Vector Mappings). Right, MartinS
