DJGPP mirror (in the directory v2tk/allegro).

This release is a bugfix release, fully compatible at the Application 
Binary Interface level with 4.0.0 on Windows, Linux and BeOS and 
backwards compatible at the Application Programming Interface level on 
every supported platform (including, or course, DOS/DJGPP).
