I've updated the DJGPP packages of m4 1.4. I made the following changes: * m4 now reports its name as 'm4' in messages, rather than reporting the full path of the executable. * The DJGPP-specific configuration batch file in the source distribution now sets the prefix to /dev/env/DJDIR (rather than $DJDIR) and enables the changeword extension. (The changeword extension is needed by autoconf.) There are no functional changes. Unless you need m4 to report itself as 'm4' rather than, say, '/dev/env/DJDIR/bin/m4.exe', there is no need to upgrade. (The autoconf 2.57 testsuite relies on m4 reporting itself as 'm4'.) The binary, documentation and source distributions are available from Simtel.NET and its mirrors: Binary: http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/m4-14b.zip&name=m4-14b.zip Documentation: http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/m4-14d.zip&name=m4-14d.zip Sources: http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/m4-14s.zip&name=m4-14s.zip Regards, -- Richard Dawe [ http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/ ]
