Please note that I made a mistake when building the original packages: the
binary distribution was the same as the documentation distribution. This has
now been fixed. The file sizes should be like so:

-rw-r--r--    1 rich     rich       582854 Jan  4 10:40 gmp412b.zip
-rw-r--r--    1 rich     rich      1016610 Jan  3 17:59 gmp412d.zip
