Anybody know a good online source of information on C, C++ languages, and I
could ask about Fortran too?  I remember there is/was a Fortran that worked
with the DOS port of gcc.  EZ2LOAD package, for Ada95 with a modified DJGPP,
includes the Annotated Reference Manual (for Ada).
