That's a bad method of testing. Have them Open a "DOS window" (i.e. a command line shell), 'cd' to the directory the program is in, and run it by typing in the command line. This way, the DOS window will stay open and the error printout of the program should be visible. Let them cut'n'paste that into an email and send it to you.
