I´m the maintainer of Turbo Vision library, the one used by RHIDE. Current development version is 2.0.0 and it adds a lot of functionality not found in 1.1.4 (the one used by RHIDE). Most of the functionality is oriented to make it more hardware/OS independent so targets like Linux, XTerm, X11, Win32, Solaris, etc. gets a big boost. I want to solve some DOS specific problems that seems to be more and more frequent. In particular the fact that a lot of video manufacturers doesn´t bother to code a proper "Save VGA state" VGA BIOS service. I have a low level replacement and I also could disable it. But I need testing, my system works perfectly so I can´t reproduce the problems. I´m looking for: 1) Volunteers for testing, in particular people with video problems when using RHIDE. 2) Volunteers for coding. Those interested in the last code can use CVS or download a snapshot. http://sf.net/projects/tvision/ http://tvision.sf.net/ SET -- Salvador Eduardo Tropea (SET).
