The format of this file, however may be quite hard to understand, your task would be to find out which files need to be compiled in order to build winquake. But maybe someone has already written a makefile for MINGW, this way it would be much easier. Winquake can be compiled with visual C++, I think the cheap $40 version can do it. MINGW?
