Is Shared Object creation on the win32 platform possiable with djgpp 2.03 ?

If so,

Whats the syntax for creating the .so lib ?

I know that -shared is disabled, but why ?

I'm trying to drive DirectX and/or Allegro from Java through JNI but
the interfaces must be in a Shared Library.

I don't think I can do That ?
