How To Install Libkb.a?

    I am new to djgpp version 2 for MS-DOS (go32).  I have downloaded
libkb101.zip and I tried to install by typing make_d2j.bat under
..b/config/msdos/dos32, but the error message displays -- can't find
filename and then failed.
    I have looked everything in FAQ but it doesnt give me the answer.  Can
you please give me the instruction how to install properly please.  I
appreciate your help.  Please advise.
