I put something in the mailing list.  If it isn't there I could
send it to you, but it is about 710 k, and I converted it to cr/lf
line endings and a zip file.  That will take a while to unload at
33 kbps, especially 6 bit encoded which makes it more like 24
kbps. It seems to actually be the last draft standard for ADA95.
