Bah. This means, if you interpret it anally enough[1], that you cannot use XP on a network at all. After all, if someone opens a file on your network, this means that part of the disk control software on your computer must be executed, at his command. You know, I keep hoping someone finally uses M$'s blunders to convince the public that M$ OSes are not suitable for commercial use, but the public probably isn't that bright. Pity.
