I've attached it. Looks like I do still set the prefix, but that's mainly to be as compatible with the 2.13-based config.site as possible. Note: This assumes that users of recent autoconves also use recent versions of libtool (and those don't need ac_exeext or lt_cv_...). If I find time, I'll rework the PATH setting and post the results to djgpp-workers for review. This should be sometime this weekend.
