I guess the best thing to do is to get
PKUNZIP and send it to:
1. DOS = c:\dos\*.* || 2. WIN = c:\windows\command\*.*
Restart the computer and unzip files into directory that's 
called c:\djgpp.
pkunzip -d file.zip etc,.
You may wish to download RHIDE, too.
