If the error message occurs when you first start Rhide and is to do with the DJGPP environment then you need to upgrade Rhide. I would upgrade to 1.4.9.1 which is available at http://home.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html. If the error message occurs when you exit Rhide and a dialog pops up that says a NTVDM error has occured then the following is the current status with this problem:- 1) Start rhide with a "-S" option and see if this helps. If this helps then you may have a buggy video bios (I get this and I have an Nvidia MX 200 card) 2) Use Rhide in full screen mode and see if this helps Some mopre info on DJGPP and Win 2K from the http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm DJGPP 2.04 WIP page:- 3) Latest RHIDE 1.4.9.1 install package built on the 22-Nov-2001 or later from http://home.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html. Please use this version instead of RHIDE 1.4.9 from Robert's page. If you want to help out in getting this as stable as possible under W2K or XP please send me an email at anddjgpp AT ihug DOT com DOT au and I will upload a CVS test version built with the latest 2.04 LIBC. 4) If you want to have sound in a DJGPP app under Win 2K or XP then check out VDMSound at http://www.ece.mcgill.ca/~vromas/vdmsound/ >Hi there. When I tried to run a program under RHIDE I got an error message >from the system. I'm working under W2k. Any help will be good. Andrew
