It did not create one.exe when it should have.  I created it manually via
the command line by just calling gpp, but it still couldn't find it.  I
cannot reproduce this error now, because it magically fixed itself (as it
always does, one day it doesn't work the next day it does, with me changing
nothing in the way I open rhide or open the file, etc.).
