Well, the obvious reaction to that should be to ask yourself what it
might be that you changed in your system, since this last worked.
Installed new software? Modified autoexec.bat?

Sure the 'make' and 'gcc' being used are really the DJGPP versions?  I
ask because you seem to have a rather big mixup of different compiler
toolchains set up in your PATH and environment, all at the same time,
and that's a wellknown cause of potential troubles in this area.
