i have to made a cgi that runs in any = S.O. My cgi=20 makes and IPC via socket. The problem is the libsocket.a doesn't work on = windows=20 2000 or NT. I need a socket.h that runs in NT or windows2000. I = can't=20 connect with my socket for libsocket's connect() method.

Some body help me = ?
