This caused problems with gcc updates, so we stopped doing that. Older gcc's won't work as well with newer djdev's as newer gcc's with newer djdevs, or as older gcc's with older djdev's. We try to maintain enough compatibility to allow people time to upgrade, but 2.7.2.1 is quiet old.
