The answer, as usual, is in the README.1st file. Please, Anthony, read
it, and try to follow its instructions and tips. If you find any of
them confusing, contact djgpp AT delorie DOT com again (but please try to do
it in English --- the availability of people able to read other
languages is quite limited).
