DJGPP supports Windows 2000, but Windows 2000 doesn't support DJGPP very well ;-) Seriously, though: there are known problems with using DJGPP on W2K which currently make it not a good platform for DJGPP use. In particular, compilation from RHIDE or Make tends to crash the W2K's DOS emulator.
